ESHYFT is looking for an experienced sales leader to build and grow our sales program. We are looking for someone who is looking for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced and competitive industry. You should have experience in a sales leadership role in either the technology, staffing, or long term care industry. You will be responsible for creating sales targets, processes, forecasts, and reports - and should be well-versed in these.



Responsibilities:

Define and implement operational metrics and KPIs that measure, optimize, and continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sales programs, tactics, and strategy

Build:

  • Build a sales program from the ground up
  • Build and define end-to-end sales processes, tactics, and metrics that will empower us to measure, optimize, and improve our sales performance
  • Design compensation process, territory plans, sales targets
  • Develop, test, and refine sales strategies to increase market share
  • Own all sales planning activities, including forecasting, tracking, reporting
  • Identify areas for improvement or issues with processes, work with management team on how to create solutions with measurable results

Grow:

  • Continue to improve, revise, and provide recommendations on how we can make ESHYFT better for our clients
  • Work with our recruitment team to find, hire, and mentor an effective sales team

Collaborate:

  • Collaborate and communicate with marketing, product, and development teams
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships within our team to help everyone
  • Work with our success team to complete onboarding of new clients and promote ongoing success
  • Work with marketing team to create sales collateral for the team



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience building and scaling a high-performing sales team for a software or technology product
  • Excellent knowledge of B2B and B2C sales principles and best practices
  • Track record of strong sales performance
  • Expertise in building processes for: prospecting, qualification, proposing, and closing
  • Ability to understand how to effectively communicate customer value proposition and differentiating factors of the business
  • Experience in healthcare (long term care) or staffing, preferably both
  • Expertise in Salesforce administration
